dough Bread Plant - 2 Way Plant

In the 2 way plant you have the choice between two separate types of production after dough dividing:

Type 1: Wheat dough with intermediate proof.

Type 2: Rye dough without intermediate proof.

This plant is an example of one of the most installed configurations in Europe. Numerous type of dough can be divided in the Corona and discharged either right (rye dough) or left (wheat dough). The rye dough pieces are passed on to the belt roundmoulder by the pocket conveyor. The wheat dough pieces are transported by an extended conveyor belt to the conical roundmoulder which then charges the proofer. These dough pieces are transported to the combined round and longmoulder Superba Special on the transversal conveyor belt.
