Fully automatic dough processing line

Kemper have developed a fully automatic system to process dough without the intervention of personnel. This bowl transport system consists of one or two filling and weighing stations, dough resting positions, mixing stations (2 or more) and a position for one or two lifting and tilting devices. This enables an hourly capacity of 2.400 kg of dough with 2 mixers or up to 6.000 kg of dough with up to 5 mixers. The system is flexible and can be extended for more production by supplying dough with the use of belt conveying systems.

  • Maintenance socket with a linear track to hold the bowl transport carriage and resting positions for bowl filling, dough resting and bowl tipping.
