electro, the MIWE condo not only can
be programmed electronically but
each individual baking chamber can
function as a separate oven in the
regulation of baking time, temperature,
the amount of steam and upper
and lower level heat.
MIWE offers the multi-purpose MIWE
AS , the analog programming oven
as well as the digital control system
model, the MIWE condo DS - 30.
Standard equipment includes the 7-
day timer for preprogramming baking
temperatures and automatic steam
programming.

Operation
The MIWE condo is easy to operate.
A clear, easy-to-read control panel,
easy-to-operate door levers on the
heat-resistant glass doors and userfriendly
steam programming make
operation simple even for the
apprentice.
Watching the bakery products bake
is a delight due to the oven light
that has been installed diagonally
to prevent any chance of a glare.
Our automatic loading units are
equipped with discharging belt
conveyors.
Steam Apparatus
You won't have to worry about your oven losing steam with the
MIWE condo. One or all the baking chambers can be equipped
with a steam apparatus which is heated separately and has its
own thermostat integrated into each baking chamber. An electrovalue
injects the right amount of saturated steam into the baking
chamber.
The steam apparatus is extremely well insulated to prevent heat
and steam from escaping and it is equipped with an excess water
overflow outlet that is replaceable.
Lower Units
The lower half of the MIWE condo can be equipped to suit your
individual baking needs. Several options are available: the MIWE
Proofing Unit, the MIWE Drying Cupboard or the MIWE Base that
can be equipped with metal trays upon request.
The MIWE condo in conjunction with the MIWE aeromat convection
oven is the MIWE back combi (see product info).
Special Designs /Extras
The normal height of the MIWE condo baking chambers is 17 cm
but upon request we manufacture 22 cm baking chambers which
are particularly designed for loaf breads baked in a pan and,
of course, for suckling pig. Naturally, our automatic loading units
can be used here too.
Another extra is the exhaust ventilation system that upon opening
the oven door removes the released steam quickly and so effectively
that there is never a feeling of discomfort.
Maintenance
The MIWE condo is as simple to operate as to service – a regular
electrician suffices.
The electric connections are conveniently located on the easyaccess
right side of the oven, the water supply for the steam
apparatus is at the back, outside the oven so that a possible
defect will not damage the oven itself. Heating rods and steam
piping can be easily replaced.

The wide choice of combinations for
the MIWE condo is as versatile as the
MIWE condo itself. This oven comes in
various dimensions and additional
baking chambers can be added any
time due to the building block principal
up to 5 baking chambers.
Baking surface capacity ranges from
.25 m2 for one chamber to 6 m2 for
the complete oven. Various options
are available for the base as well:
choose the table model or the mobile
proofing unit or the drying and storage
cupboard.

Materials
The corrosion-proof MIWE condo
baking chambers are welded in a
manner that ensures that no steam
can escape. The outer casing is made
of corrosion-proof stainless steel and
the sturdy construction of the baking
chambers guarantees their longevity.
Granite hearth slabs are standard
equipment in all our multi-purpose
ovens and the German Agricultural
Association Regulations permit the
use of the label stone-oven bread
for these bakery goods.
The MIWE condo's superb thermal
storage heating in the lower level
provides the quality baking conditions
characteristic of multi-rack ovens.
Heating
Electrically-powered radiant heat is
used in the MIWE condo. The electric
heating rods are made of corrosionproof
stainless steel which guarantees
durability. These rods are screwed
into the side walls so that no steam
can escape as well as in the baking
chamber itself. This method of heating
guarantees perfect uniformity in your
bakery products – time after time.
The electrical power setting for the
MIWE condo accommodates the full
heat capacity of the oven. Customers
only requiring the reduced heat
setting can realize additional savings
by reducing the power supply.
