lasts about 5 minutes.
- It cuts following the bread's profile as its oscillating shoes adjust themselves
to the french loaf in each one of its heigts.
- The perfection of the cutting is complete because the cutting machine always makes it in the same way and it doesn't affect the working time.
- It can be used by unespecialized staff that they've never done it before obtaining
the same cutting's perfection as if an expert has done it from the first moment.
- It can be regulated in an easy way the cutting's length the inclination, the begining

- It can cut different models of pieces from 1 for track to 2 and 3.
