The machine combines the advantages of the computer-controlled sheeter Rondostar 3000 with those of the Cutomat. With gentle reduction steps, the dough is sheeted automatically to final thickness. During the sheeting process, flour is dusted evenly and accurately over the dough under program control. It then switches automatically into cutting speed, and the dough band is transferred slowly towards the cutting station. The cutters are lowered, and the dough band is cut into donuts or other pastry products. Rondostar-Cutomat is a highly user- friendly and versatile machine. It is ideal for donuts producers, but also for bakeries, restaurants, hotels, food service kitchens etc.
