Bread and Roll Plant

The Duo-Star from Kemper is a compact "All-round Plant" for the fully automatic production of bread resp. Baguette and roll dough pieces in a weight range of 150-1,080 g resp. 30-130 g. It was especially designed for the one man bakeries and can be used flexibly due to the wide product range. The high capacity and small area of 3.00 x 4.00 m required make the Duo-Star excellently suited for shop bakeries, hotel bakeries or smaller bakeries with little space available. The Duo-Star consists of a dough dividing and round-moulding machine Exacta-Combi, a Proofer with 192 net pockets and a longmoulder Princess-Combi.
