Bread Plant - Eco-Line It is possible to produce bread in a flour free environment with the Kemper Eco-Line. The machines which operate without flour dusting produce dough pieces for rye, wheat and Baguette bread, with a weight range of 300-2,200 g depending on the version used. The machines, which are combined in the smallest possible area, consist in the basic version of the dough dividing machine Imperator II-MB, the conical roundmoulder, an intermediate proofer with transversal belt and distributing belt, longmoulder Selecta-K with Baguette longmoulding device and Superba Type III SU-L. The oil spraying device on the conical rounder also oils the machine belt on the dough divider.
