The Grupo prat gouet STATIC COMBY THERM is a radiation oven which allows to bake on stone or, if whished with racks on trays, and reaches excellent baking and unsurpassable regularity. Depending on the product to be backed, there is the possibility of building it in 7, 8, 9 or 10 decks. Very low consumption, because loading and unloading is done to every deck at the same time, either if backing on stone (with loader) or with racks. Loader also allows manual load and unload at each deck. That avoids calories leak and allow greaimages advantage. As the backing time and steamming time have acoustic signal it does not need specialised worker.
