Laminating lines can start from a simple Block line to produce individual dough blocks, to L-shaped or U-shaped lines for in-line production of laminated pastry bands feeding a make-up line.

By using motors with proportional cascade type speed units with up to 16 rollers, we can achieve reduction ratios of 10 to 1 and obtaining the best possible quality dough sheet. With our unique fat extruder we can process all types of margarine and butter Our lines are highly suitable for puff pastry, yeast dough and Danish pastry.
