Longmoulder - FR-Combi

The longmoulder FR-Combi from Kemper has been specially constructed for the production of Baguettes. It is equipped with a charging belt and discharging belt for use in combination with Proofers. Bread can be moulded cleanly and gently to a length of up to 750 mm. The longmoulder FR-Combi can be enhanced by use in conjunction with the hydraulic dough dividers D16 and D20 which are also designed for the special features of French white bread.
