The KEMPER Spiral Mixer is renowned for its durability and being extremely robust. The operational safety of our mixers is second to none. Traditional German craftsmanship along with the hand finished polished surface and perfect contours all contribute to minimise dust build up on your machine. The bowl and mixing tools are made from stainless steel.

The mobile model in the STANDARD and SUPERIOR product range are available with the following equipment subject to model required:

- Two mixing speeds.
- Bowl with reversible rotation.
- Locking device / Quick locking device.
- Special tools; Double spiral, Flat Beater.
- Connection for a central computer.
- Password protection.
- Digital display of the mixing time.
- Digital temperature display with PT 100 (Dough internal temperature).
